Approach
Our process starts with an assessment of the company’s business, current capital structure and capital needs required to support its strategy. We work closely with management to identify the most appropriate form of financing, screen our network of capital providers, evaluate interest and make introductions. Our experience provides us with the insight into which capital sources are currently providing capital in specific industries, and how to position a company’s story to these most relevant and active capital sources. We are engaged through the assessment of proposals, structuring, documentation and closing.
To ensure alignment of interests, our fees are predominantly success based. We will consider engagements for capital needs of $5MM+ and will not accept engagements unless we believe we can add value and help management achieve its objectives.
